You must be at least 16 years old to use Festify. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, please do not use the app.

You must provide accurate account information and use the app only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation.

You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users, or use the app for spam or fraudulent activity.

Festify may collect your location data when you grant permission in the app.

Location data may be used for app features such as maps and festival navigation.

You may choose to share your location with selected friends. This remains active until you turn it off in the app.

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.

You may respond to events and festivals with "Going," "Interested," or "Not Going."

Your responses may be visible to your friends within the app.

By using these features, you consent to this sharing.

You may upload or share content within the app (such as images, event responses, or profile information).

You remain the owner of your content, but you grant Festify a limited licence to display and use it within the app.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all event data you publish, including lineups, schedules, stage times, locations, images, and descriptions.

You must keep event information up to date. Festify accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading event data published by organisers.

You must hold the necessary rights or licences for any images, logos, or media you upload. You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Festify complies with all applicable laws, including event licensing requirements, data protection obligations towards your attendees, and applicable consumer protection regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KKBTFT Kft. and Festify against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your published event data, uploaded content, or your breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the application's operation.

You may delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

The Festify name, logo, app design, and all content created by Festify are the exclusive property of KKBTFT Kft. and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Festify's content without prior written permission from KKBTFT Kft.

Festify is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information or the actions of other users.

We assume no responsibility for user-uploaded content, including images or location sharing.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Festify regarding your use of the app.

We may update these terms occasionally.

Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.

We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email.
